Our micro-microfiction challenge ran between the 4–7 October 2021. Each day we released a short prompt and accepted bite-sized stories of up to 560 characters. That’s only two tweets worth of writing!
The winning entries leant into the teeny tiny nature of their stories by capturing a short moment or vibe. These entries hinted at a vibrant and detailed world external to the small snapshot they entered, but also didn’t try to cram in too much plot.
Congratulations to our winners, our highly commended entries and everyone who entered. We loved reading your stories! 🤠
